Your whole public site is edited from one place: Tenant Settings → Theme. Despite the name, that screen is the full site editor, not just a colour picker, this is the single most common thing people cannot find.

Open Tenant Settings → Theme in the left-hand navigation.

Click Edit Settings.

Pick the tab for the page you want to change.

Expand a section, edit it, and watch the preview on the right.

Click Publish when you are happy.
Nothing you change is visible to the public until you publish. See Preview, draft and publish.

#Editing on a phone
The editor works on a phone. The toolbar buttons, Save, Close, Publish, the desktop/mobile preview switch and Refresh, collapse to icons to fit, so they are all still there even though the labels disappear.
