Any composer email can be scheduled instead of sent immediately. Write it when you have time; it goes when it should.
#Scheduling one
- 1
Write the email as usual.
- 2
Choose to schedule rather than send now.
- 3
Pick a date and time.
Timezone is supported, so you can target the recipient’s local morning rather than yours.
- 4
Confirm. It appears in your outbox as Scheduled.
#Changing your mind
A scheduled email can be edited or cancelled any time before it sends, from the outbox. Once it has gone it cannot be recalled, no email system can do that.
#Choosing a time
- Avoid the exact top of the hour, it is when every automated system sends.
- Weekday mornings work for most real estate audiences.
- Avoid Friday evening and Sunday night.
- For one recipient, think about their day rather than a general rule.
Scheduled sends are still exempt from the cap
A scheduled composer email is a manual send, so the daily cap does not apply. Suppression still does.
