#The counts
| Card | Counts | Worth watching because |
|---|---|---|
| Listings | Properties where you are the listing agent | Your inventory |
| Bids | Offers in progress | Deals needing attention |
| Registered Users | People who created an account on your site | Audience growth |
| Saved Searches | Searches visitors saved | The strongest buying signal you have |
| Favorites | Homes visitors saved | Interest in specific properties |
Each shows an all-time figure and a figure for the selected period, so you can tell a healthy total from recent activity.
#The period toggle
7 days, 30 days, 90 days, all time, or a custom range. Every number and chart follows it.
#Activity trends
Listings, bids and new users over time on one chart. What matters is the shape, not the day-to-day noise, a line that flattens after you stop publishing is telling you something.
#Top search areas
Where visitors are actually looking, as a share. Useful when it disagrees with where you think your market is, that gap is a content opportunity.
#Recent activity
A live feed, who favourited what, who registered, who saved a search, which bids were submitted. This is the most actionable part of the screen: it names people who did something specific, recently.
Someone who favourited two homes this morning is a better call than anyone in your database chosen at random. The counts tell you how you are doing; the activity feed tells you what to do next.
#Drilling in
Tiles open a detailed view, top searches, saved searches and favourites in full, with the people attached.
