Daily and weekly digests

One summary email instead of a stream of alerts, how it is organised, and how to check what it looks like.

A digest batches your notifications into one formatted email, so you read a summary rather than a stream.

#What it contains

Notifications grouped into Property, Contact and Workflow sections, capped at 10 items each so the email stays readable rather than becoming a wall.

The cap is a feature

A digest listing 200 items gets skimmed and closed. Ten per section is a length people actually read.

#Sending yourself a test

Send Test Digest pushes a sample to your inbox so you can see the layout and check it arrives, worth doing once after setting up your domain.

#It is exempt from the sending rules

The digest is not marketing, so it is exempt from the daily cap and from lockouts. It keeps arriving even if your marketing sending is paused, which is deliberate, since a lockout is exactly when you want to know what is happening.
