A lot happens on its own. This is the index, useful when something changed and you want to know whether it was you.

| The MLS changes a field you edited | Flagged as a conflict, nothing is overwritten |
| You reject an MLS value | That field stops auto-updating from then on |

| A file exceeds 2,000 rows | The first 2,000 are processed and you are told the total |
| You link two contacts | Both are notified, and so are you |

| A contact is at their daily cap when a step is due | The step is skipped permanently and logged |
| A contact is already in another campaign | Blocked from enrolling; the overlap warning shows at Start |
| Two hard bounces land on one campaign | That campaign auto-pauses |
| Halts repeat within 30 days | The lockout ladder escalates |
| A lockout expires (1st–3rd offence) | Sending resumes on its own |
| A campaign has been paused 14+ days | Its contacts are released |
| An address appears twice in an audience | One email is sent |
| You click Pause | Queued messages are cancelled within seconds |
| An attachment is near the size limit | Converted to a secure download link, and you are told |
