You can attach files to a one-off email, a scheduled email, or an individual drip campaign step.
#Attaching one
- 1
Click Attach File in the composer, or drag the file onto the compose window.
- 2
Check the attachment tray below the editor.
It lists the filename and size, with a remove option.
- 3
Send as usual.
#Large files become links
Mail providers reject oversized email outright. If your attachment would push the message near that limit, EasyDigz converts it to a secure download link in the body instead, and tells you it has done so.
The alternative is an email that silently fails to arrive. A link always gets through, and you can see whether it was clicked.
You can also choose Share as Link yourself at any time, whatever the size.
#On campaign steps
Each step of a drip campaign keeps its own attachments, saved with the campaign. Step 1 can carry your buyer guide while step 3 carries nothing.
#What to attach, and what not to
| Works well | Think again |
|---|---|
| A buyer or seller guide | Anything with client personal data, an email can be forwarded |
| A market report | Huge photo sets, link to the listing instead |
| A checklist or timeline | Contracts for signature, use the document flow, which tracks who signed |
