EZ Search lets anyone on your website describe what they want in a sentence, "3 bed 2 bath under $500k with a garage", instead of building a filter set. No account needed to try it.
#What it understands
Beds, baths, price, size, garage, property type, place names, and free-text wishes like "waterfront". Rentals as naturally as purchases.
Before anything is typed, the box cycles through real examples, "3 bed townhouse under $400k", "Pet friendly 2 bed rental", so a first-time visitor knows what to type without instructions.
#It opens on your market
Before a visitor types anything, the search page already shows homes in your service area, with a heading naming the cities on screen. Results are ordered nearest-first from your market.
| A visitor types | They get |
|---|---|
| Nothing | Your market |
| "3 bed under $400k" | Your market, filtered |
| "3 bed in Durham" | Durham, a named place always wins |
The default market comes from your questionnaire. Wrong towns showing means that answer needs updating, see The About You questions.
Every white-label domain resolves to its own agent’s market, custom domains included.
#Refining
In EZ Search the sentence *is* the filter, so refining means saying so, "make that 4 beds". The Filters panel belongs to Location mode.
#What visitors can do
| Feature | Detail |
|---|---|
| Save the search | The heart in the bar saves it to their dashboard, and can drive the Saved Search Match trigger |
| Dictate it | A microphone lets them speak instead of typing |
| Keep scrolling | Results load 90 at a time |
| Come back | Opening a listing and returning restores the same results at the same scroll position |
#Signed-out visitors
Anyone can search without an account, up to a free allowance. After that they are asked to sign in, with a prompt every time, never a silent failure. Signed-in users are unmetered.
A visitor saving a search has told you exactly what they want. That is what makes Saved Search Match the highest-value trigger you can switch on.
