The MLS import

Bringing your listings in from the MLS, automatically or by hand, what gets imported, which stage it starts at, and rescuing a record that failed.

EasyDigz can bring in every listing where you are the agent, so you do not type them in by hand.

#How it runs

  • Automatically, once for a new agent completing onboarding through their association, then on a regular schedule after that.
  • By hand, at any time, from the MLS Import page.
The MLS Import page is not in the left menu

Open it directly at yoursite.com/admin/imports. Agents who log in through their association can also find it as MLS Imports in the website menu.

#Running it by hand

  1. 1

    Open the MLS Import page.

    yoursite.com/admin/imports

  2. 2

    Check the MLS ID(s) box.

Filled in for you from your MLS details.

  3. 3

Optional: click Check for Missing Records.

Shows how many records can be imported before you commit.

  4. 4

    Click Start Import.

The page shows "Success!" and a live log of imported, skipped and failed records.

While it runs, the Listings page shows "We’re importing your historical data, this can take a few minutes." When it finishes: "Import complete, all your listings are now ready."

#Rescuing a failed record — Import Anyway

Some MLS records cannot be imported because information is missing. You can still bring them in.

  1. 1

Open Listings and click the Information Needed tab.

  2. 2

Find the record under Import Failures.

  3. 3

    Click Import Anyway.

  4. 4

The platform says the record was imported, please fill in the missing fields.

Open the listing and complete the missing details.

The tab only appears when there is something to fix

Information Needed only shows up when there are import failures, account issues or MLS sync conflicts to review, and only for agents who log in through their association or have MLS auto-import turned on.
