#Inside the Details tab

Four summary cards sit at the top: Price, Name, Settlement Date and Year Built. Settlement Date turns red with "Required" if nothing has been entered yet.

Below that, details are grouped into sections: Transaction Overview, Property Information, Property Features, Financial Details, Financing, HOA & Associations, Contacts, Agency & Commission, Inspections & Due Diligence, Closing Information, Home Warranty, Listing Information, System & Administrative, Notes & Comments, and Media & Marketing Assets. Use the All Sections row to jump to one, or search sections, fields or values directly.

On the right: Linked Assets (the seller’s account, address, owner of record), Key Dates & Deadlines, Schools & Districts, Showing & Access, and a Suggested Next Steps checklist.

#Editing and saving a section

  1. 1

Find the section. A badge such as "3 missing" shows a gap, hover it to see which fields.

  2. 2

Click the pencil icon on the section.

  3. 3

    An edit window opens.

Required fields still empty are marked with a red star.

  4. 4

Make your changes and click Save Changes.

  5. 5

    A confirmation message appears.

    For example "Contacts saved successfully".

You can save with gaps, not with bad data

A section saves fine with required fields still empty. Saving is only blocked when an entry is invalid, an email or number in the wrong format, and the message tells you which field to fix. Listing agent details fill in from your profile when empty; seller details fill in from whoever created the listing.
