Account settings has a Delete my account panel. Leaving is self-service, with no support ticket needed, and a deletion can be stopped at any point in the first 30 days.
#A staged, reversible deletion
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| Day 0, you confirm | Your website goes offline and all sending stops. Nothing is deleted |
| Days 0 to 29 | Everything stays recoverable. The panel shows a countdown to the deletion date, with Download my data and Stop deletion beside it |
| Day 30 | Your data is deleted |
Download my data is on the same panel and stays available for the whole 30 days. Once the data is deleted, there is nothing left to export. See Download my data.

#What gets deleted
- Your website, its content and its settings.
- Your contacts and everything recorded against them.
- Your listings, opportunities and deal history.
- Your emails, campaigns and templates.
- Your documents, saved searches and everything else in the account.
#What we keep, and what needs a person
| Item | What happens |
|---|---|
| Unsubscribe records | Kept, so we never email those people again by mistake. See Bounces and unsubscribes |
| Security and billing records | Kept where the law requires it |
| A custom domain you bought yourself | Disconnecting it at your domain registrar is your step. Deleting your account does not reach it, and leaving it in place does not hold your deletion up |
| A sending domain set up on our side | Our team detaches it. This is requested automatically when you confirm, you do not need to do anything |
The record pointing your domain at EasyDigz lives in your registrar account, not ours. The screen tells you which part is yours to remove and which part we handle. See Connecting your own domain.
