A lot happens on its own. This is the index, useful when something changed and you want to know whether it was you.
#Setup
| Event | What happens |
|---|---|
| You finish About You | EZ Assist starts writing your website copy in the background |
| You finish the questionnaire | Your listings begin importing from your licence number |
| You reach the Review step | Your site unlocks for real visitors |
| You send your first real email | Setup is marked complete and the reminder popup stops |
| You sit on Go Live for 40 seconds | You are redirected into Tenant Settings |
#Your website
| Event | What happens |
|---|---|
| You publish | Every page gets metadata, structured business data and social preview tags |
| You save your social links | They appear in the footer of every page, as named links on Contact Us, and in the business details every page carries |
| You publish a blog post | It is added to your sitemap and RSS feed, with article markup |
| You set a post to No Index | It is removed from search engines and from your sitemap |
| A scheduled post reaches its time | It publishes, you do not need to be logged in |
| A post reaches its expiry date | It reverts to a draft |
#Listings
| Event | What happens |
|---|---|
| A property is imported | Enriched with county owner, parcel and mailing data |
| County records have no match | The listing is still created and an Action Item is raised for you |
| An imported property is processed | Linked to the right seller or buyer Account, creating one if needed |
| The MLS changes a field you never touched | Applied automatically |
| The MLS changes a field you edited | Flagged as a conflict, nothing is overwritten |
| You reject an MLS value | That field stops auto-updating from then on |
| A listing passes its expiration date unsold | The stage becomes Expired and the Expired emails are sent. Under Contract, Sold and Pending listings never expire automatically |
| A listing is created or relisted | It starts at Created; you see each stage email before it goes in the Moving to window |
| A listing is imported from the MLS | No emails are sent |
| Inspection reports or photos arrive | They go to the seller first for approval |
#Contacts
| Event | What happens |
|---|---|
| An import row has no name | One is generated from the email, or a placeholder |
| An import row has no email | Nothing is invented. The row imports flagged No email and cannot be emailed until you add one |
| An import has duplicate emails | The first is kept; later ones have their email cleared, never replaced with a made-up one |
| An import contains known bounces | Flagged on upload; the contacts are added but never emailed |
| A phone or date cannot be parsed | Reformatted where possible, cleared where not |
| A file exceeds 2,000 rows | The first 2,000 are processed and you are told the total |
| You link two contacts | Both are notified, and so are you |
| You rename a tag | It updates on every contact that has it |
| Event | What happens |
|---|---|
| Any marketing email is sent | An unsubscribe link is added automatically |
| Someone clicks unsubscribe | Suppressed from your marketing; digest locked to None; shows Unsubscribed on Accounts and Not Subscribed in their Notification Preferences |
| A contact re-subscribes from their Dashboard | Back to Subscribed on every screen, and they can choose a digest frequency again |
| A hard bounce is received, on any agent's email | The address is suppressed for every agent on EasyDigz and counted toward that campaign |
| A client closes their account on your site | Address suppressed before the account closes; you are notified in-app and by email; Deleted badge on Accounts |
| An account is deleted after its 30-day grace period | The suppression record is kept, so the address is never emailed again by accident |
| A spam complaint is received | The address is suppressed |
| A contact is at their daily cap when a step is due | The step is skipped permanently and logged |
| A contact you add is already in another campaign | A pop-up offers Enroll in both (default), Move here or Skip; no pop-up if the other campaign has no overlapping emails left |
| Two hard bounces land on one campaign | That campaign auto-pauses |
| Halts repeat within 30 days | The lockout ladder escalates; Email Health shows the offense level |
| A lockout expires (3rd offense) | Sending resumes on its own |
| An address appears twice in an audience | One email is sent |
| You click Pause | Queued messages are cancelled within seconds |
| An attachment is near the size limit | Converted to a secure download link, and you are told |
#EZ Assist
| Event | What happens |
|---|---|
| EZ Assist generates a campaign | Saved as a draft with an empty audience. Nothing sends |
| You double-click Generate | The second click is rejected, no duplicate |
| Any generated content is produced | Sanitised before saving, and logged with the original, the output and your prompt |
| You revert a generated change | The original is restored and the revert is recorded |
| A campaign is generated from a blog or analysis | Ownership is verified and the source data read fresh from the database |
#Visitors
| Event | What happens |
|---|---|
| A signed-out visitor uses up the free searches | A sign-in prompt appears, never a silent failure |
| A visitor moves the map | The search re-scopes, and one click restores the place they typed |
| A visitor opens a listing and comes back | The same results at the same scroll position |
| Someone subscribes on your blog | Saved as a contact with a blog-subscription note |
| Someone registers or logs in on your website for the first time | They get the Welcome Aboard email, even if they already had an EasyDigz login from another agent's site |
| A signed-in client clicks Subscribe in your footer | Their name is filled in and their email locked to their account, with no captcha. If already subscribed, they see You're already subscribed and a Manage email preferences link |
| A visitor has not answered the cookie banner | Nothing non-essential loads. Browser privacy signals (Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track) are respected first, see Cookie consent and tracking |
#Your account
| Event | What happens |
|---|---|
| You confirm Delete my account | Your website goes offline and sending stops; nothing is deleted for 30 days. Detaching a sending domain set up on our side is requested automatically |
| Day 30 after confirming a deletion | Your data is deleted. Unsubscribe records, and security and billing records the law requires, are kept |
| A client closes their account on your site | Nothing is deleted; their saved homes and searches stay. They are left out of every send, so campaigns and deal updates stop, and you are notified |
#Sessions
| Event | What happens |
|---|---|
| Your session expires | You are returned to the login screen rather than shown stale data |
| Email domain verification is needed | Re-checked every time it matters, never assumed from an earlier check |
