Every EasyDigz page asks before it loads anything that is not needed to run the site. If a visitor has not agreed, tracking is never added to the page at all. This is a block, not just a notice.
The banner is on everywhere by default, including your white-label site, where it appears under your branding.
#The four categories
| Category | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Sign-in, security, and remembering this choice. These cannot be switched off |
| Analytics | Counts visits and which pages get used, so we can see what needs improving |
| Session recording | Records how pages are used, mouse movement, scrolling and clicks, to find usability problems |
| Advertising | Lets us measure whether our ads are reaching the right people |
#Where the banner appears
| Where | What the visitor sees first |
|---|---|
| EasyDigz platform | Choose preferences and Accept all. The panel has a switch per category and Save preferences |
| Onboarding form | The same banner and wording as the platform |
| White-label agent and broker sites | The same banner, under your branding |
| Marketing site (easydigz.com) | Manage preferences, Reject all and Accept all. The panel adds Reject all beside Save preferences |
There is no Reject all button on the platform. To refuse, open the panel and leave every switch off, the button then reads Save, nothing enabled.
#The rules that apply
| Rule | What it means |
|---|---|
| Browser privacy signals come first | If a visitor's browser already refuses tracking, with Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, they are refused by default and the banner tells them so. They can still switch a category on |
| One choice, remembered for 180 days | The banner shows once, then stays out of the way. A choice made on EasyDigz also covers the onboarding form, so new users are not asked twice |
| Your site, your clients' choice | A choice made on your white-label site belongs to your site. Your clients are answering you |
| A way back in, on every page | Cookie preferences sits in the footer of every page and in the privacy policy. It reopens the panel with the saved choices |
#No contact sharing with an enrichment service
EasyDigz no longer uses Apollo.io. The Apollo visitor tracker, and the step that copied each form submission to Apollo, have been removed from the onboarding form, the partner signup form and the platform. No contact details leave EasyDigz for a data-enrichment service. Form submissions and sign-up attribution work exactly as before.
#If a client asks
You can tell them nothing is tracked on your site until they agree, and they can change their mind from Cookie preferences on any page.
