#The tabs

  • Details — all the information about the deal.
  • Similar opportunities — your other Opportunities on the same property, same MLS number. Click one to open it.
  • Documents — the buying forms, documents copied from the linked listing, and your own uploads, see Documents and document signing.

#Transaction Participants

At the top of the Details tab: the buyers, sellers and service providers in the deal. Buyers and sellers fill in from the offer form, use Add Participant for anyone else, an inspector or a lender.

Changing a participant can mean re-signing

If the person you change or remove already signed a document, that document needs signing again. Move the Opportunity back to Agent Reviewed and forward to Qualification again, a new document set is prepared with the updated people, then send the newest set with Share and Sign.

#Summary cards and sections

Four cards: Price, Name, Listing Contract Date and Days on Market. Sections below: Transaction Overview, Property Information (view only), Property Features (view only), Financial Details, Contacts, Financing, HOA & Associations, Home Warranty, Agency & Commission, Inspections & Due Diligence, Closing Information, Listing Information, Notes & Comments, Media & Marketing Assets (view only). #Editing and saving

  1. 1

Find the section, a badge such as "3 missing" shows a gap.

  2. 2

    Click the section’s edit button.

    For example "Edit Contacts" opens.

  3. 3

Required fields have a red star, empty ones a red border.

  4. 4

Make your changes and click Save.

  5. 5

A confirmation message appears, for example "Contacts saved successfully".

Gaps are fine, bad formats are not

You can save with required fields still empty. Saving is only blocked by an invalid entry, a bad email or number format, and the message names the field. Inspector email fields take several addresses, each must be valid.
