An Opportunity is a buyer’s offer on a property, and everything that follows until the sale closes, the buying side of a transaction. There is no "Create Opportunity" button in the Agent Dashboard. Every Opportunity arrives one of three ways.

#Which one you will actually use
Most Opportunities arrive through MLS import, your past buying deals come in automatically once you are set up. "Buy now" matters for a live offer made through your own website. Import Anyway is a recovery path for a record the automatic import could not bring in cleanly.
