From Listing Setup onwards, stages 3 to 12, most listing details lock. A Limited Editing banner explains it: most fields are locked because the listing is in Listing Setup or beyond, and names which ones remain editable.
#Why
The listing documents are prepared from the Details form at Listing Setup and sent out for signing. Changing the underlying data after that would make the signed paperwork wrong, so the platform locks it instead.

A section with editable fields keeps its pencil icon, with the tooltip Edit limited fields. A section with nothing left shows no pencil, opening it from search says "Read-only at this stage".
#Changing something that is locked
Move the listing back to Agent Reviewed with Previous Stage. Details unlock. Make the change, then move forward again, a new document set is prepared automatically, see Documents and document signing.
Do not move back and forward just to fix a typo unless the typo is on the documents, it produces a new document set every time, and stage emails are never resent regardless, see The 12 listing stages.
