There is no "Create Listing" button in the Agent Dashboard. Every listing arrives one of three ways.

#Which one you will actually use
Most listings arrive through MLS import, it runs automatically once you are set up. The seller intake form matters when a homeowner finds your website directly and wants to list without going through the MLS first. Import Anyway is a recovery path, used only when a record is missing information the automatic import needs.
