Media lives in the Media & Marketing Assets section of the Details tab. Most photos now come from the photographer through their upload link, and go to the seller for approval first. You can also add media yourself at any stage.
#From the photographer
When the photography visit is booked through the booking flow, the photographer's confirmation email includes Upload photos, video and tour links. The same link can be used again and again.
| Step | What the photographer sends |
|---|---|
| Photos | JPG, PNG, WEBP or GIF, up to 10 MB each |
| Video | One video, up to 500 MB |
| Floor plan | One image |
| Virtual tours | A branded and an unbranded tour link |
| Report | Optional |
Everything goes to the seller first. On their dashboard they look through it, can Download all, and click Approve or Ask for changes. On approval the media moves onto the listing and you are told. If they ask for changes, the photographer gets their note and the upload link again, and you are told too.
The photographer's link is sent automatically only when the photography visit is booked through the booking flow. If you typed the photography date by hand, the photographer does not get a link. See Booking visits.
If the listing has no seller, the media goes straight onto the listing. Uploading media never publishes anything to the MLS.

MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV or WEBM, under 500 MB. Keep the page open while it uploads.
- 4
Virtual tour: paste the link and click Test this link.
For example Matterport or CubiCasa.
- 5
Floor plan: one JPG image under 10 MB.
- 6
Save.
Click any photo or video to view it full screen, and use the arrows to move between photos.
#Sharing media with the seller yourself
For media already on the listing, for example photos you uploaded, the Reports & media card on the Overview says the seller cannot see them until you share. Click Share media with [seller], leave the email ticked, add an optional note and click Share. The strip then shows when it was shared and opened, and whether the seller approved or asked for changes. Use Share again after changes, or Withdraw to take it off their dashboard.
At Photos & Reports In, if the seller has not approved yet, click Send a reminder email on the Waiting on you card.
#Getting it right
- Photo order matters, the first image is the one people see in search results and in your Trending Properties section.
- Use Test this link on tour links. A link that works for you may require a login for a visitor.
- Large video slows the page. A hosted link is usually better than a direct upload.
Listing media appears on your public site, so it is doing marketing work as well as record-keeping. A weak first photo costs you clicks in the Trending Properties strip on your homepage.
