Download my data gives you a complete copy of your account as a set of spreadsheets anyone can open, with your photos, videos and documents included as real files, not links that expire.
#How to get it

Open Account settings, then Download my data.

Wait for the package to be prepared.
It is prepared in the background and appears in the list on the same panel.

Download it.
The link stays valid for 30 days.
#What is in the zip

#Reading the spreadsheets
- Rows that relate to a property show its address, and rows that relate to a person show their name.
- A blank cell means we do not hold that value, not zero.
- A column that is empty for every row is left out, so two accounts' exports can have different columns.
#Before you delete your account
Download first
Download my data stays available for the whole 30-day grace period after you confirm a deletion. Once your data is deleted there is nothing left to export. See Deleting your account.
#When a client asks for their data
Your clients do not have a download button on their profile. If one of them asks for their data, contact [email protected] and we will produce it.
