From Qualification onwards, stages 3 to 8, most Opportunity details lock. A Limited Editing banner explains it, click See more to see which fields remain editable.
#Enter these before you move to Qualification
Only the Due Diligence Period is actually checked, if it is empty the move is stopped by a window titled "Due Diligence Period Required." Click OK, I’ll Complete It to jump straight to Financial Details.
Due Diligence Fee and DD Expiration Date lock at Qualification along with the Period, but nothing stops you moving forward without them. Enter all three at Agent Reviewed, not just the one the platform checks for you.

On the right side, the Key Dates card button becomes Edit Inspection Dates, so dates stay updatable even though most of the page has locked.
#Changing something that is locked
Move the Opportunity back to Agent Reviewed with Previous Stage, make the change, then move forward again. A new document set is prepared, always send the newest one, see Documents and document signing.
