What the seller sees

What the seller sees on their own dashboard on your website: their listing, its stage, photos to approve, documents and reports, and the preview of their listing page.

Sellers follow their listing on their own dashboard on your website, so they can see where things stand without calling you.

#How the seller gets in

The seller signs in on your website with the same email address you have for them on the listing. Links in your emails, shared documents, photos ready, reports, the preview, take them straight there.

There is no "your dashboard is ready" email

Tell the seller to sign in on your website with the email address you have for them. If a seller cannot see their listing, that email is almost always the reason.

#My Listings

The seller clicks My Listings. Each listing is a card with its photo, price, address, the stage name and "Step N of 11". A Needs action flag and a "N new" badge show unread notifications. + New listing opens the Sell now form.

#Photos and media

  • New from the photographer — waiting for your approval: the seller sees these first, and you see them only once they approve. They click Approve or Ask for changes, which goes to the photographer.
  • Shared by your agent: media you shared. They click Approve or Ask for changes, which goes to you, and can Change my answer later.

#Documents

  • Shared with you: documents you shared and inspection reports. The seller clicks Read, then Approve or Ask for changes. A report from an inspector shows Only you can see this with Share with my agent.
  • Sent to your agent: the seller drags in a file, up to 10 MB, names it and clicks Send to my agent. It arrives in your Documents tab marked Pending.
No signing or offers on the dashboard

The seller does not sign documents on the dashboard and does not see offers there. Signing happens only through the signing email, see Documents and document signing.

#Pages opened from an email

Some things the seller does from a private link, without the dashboard: choosing a time for your visit or an inspection, approving changes to a signed document, uploading a document you asked for, and signing. See Booking visits.
