A collapsible EZ Assist panel sits inside the drip campaign step editor, the custom template editor and the trigger template editor. It rewrites what you have written, or writes it for you.
#The six quick actions
| Action | Does |
|---|---|
| Rewrite | Says the same thing differently |
| Shorten | Cuts it down without losing the point |
| Friendly | Warms the tone |
| Professional | Formalises the tone |
| Add CTA | Adds a clear call to action |
| Fix Grammar | Corrects mistakes and leaves the voice alone |
#Your own instruction
A free-text box takes anything the six buttons do not cover, "make this about first-time buyers", "mention the open house on Saturday", "cut the second paragraph".
#Writing from scratch
Leave the subject and body empty, describe what you want, and EZ Assist writes the whole email.
#Personalise for my brand
This option feeds EZ Assist your onboarding answers, your name, firm, city, expertise, value proposition, brand adjectives and goals, so the result sounds like you rather than like generic real estate copy.
The brand adjectives you chose during setup are doing work here, months later. If your drafts sound wrong, that is where to look, see The About You questions.
#Undoing it
One click reverts. Every version is kept in a generation history, so you can restore any earlier one, including the text you originally wrote.
EZ Assist drafts; you are still the sender. Check facts, prices, dates and addresses, those are exactly what a language model is worst at and what your clients will notice first.
#Rewriting a whole campaign
The same actions can be applied to every step of a campaign at once, with a full revert. See Building a campaign.
