Saved searches

What happens when a visitor saves a search, and why it is the strongest buying signal on your site.

A visitor saving a search has written down exactly what they are looking for. Nothing else on your site tells you as much.

#How they save one

The heart in the search bar. It goes to their dashboard, where they can return to it. Saved searches record the area searched, so several are distinguishable at a glance.

A saved search with no alert attached is a lead telling you what they want while you say nothing back. Saved Search Match is the single highest-value automation on the platform.

#Search history

Searches are also kept as history, so a visitor can return to a previous search without recreating it, and you can see what has been searched.

#Reading them

Saved searches are the closest thing to being told a budget and a wish list. Someone saving three searches in one week is worth a call today; look at the price ceiling and the area rather than just the count.
