How the broker view differs

What a broker sees that an agent does not, and where the boundary sits.

A broker is an agent with oversight. Everything in this manual applies to you, you have your own site, contacts, listings and campaigns, plus a Broker section for the agents you manage.

#The boundary

You see the agents you actually manage, and nothing outside that relationship. This applies everywhere, the roster, the dashboard views, saved searches, account relationships and shared notes. See What you can and cannot see.

Read-only means read-only

You can open an agent’s listings and opportunities to understand what is happening. You are looking, not editing.

#What to check weekly

  • Setup status, an agent who never finished onboarding has a site nobody can find.
  • Campaign activity, an agent sending nothing is not using what they are paying for.
  • Blogs, the same signal, for content.
  • Activity counts, a roster where one agent produces everything is a roster with a problem.
