Every post has three options, on the Schedule tab.
| Option | Does |
|---|---|
| Save as draft | Keeps it private while you work |
| Publish now | Goes live immediately |
| Schedule for later | Publishes itself at a date and time you set |
#Scheduling
Pick a date, a time and a timezone. The time is checked as being in the future, and your timezone is honoured, so it publishes at the moment you meant wherever you are.
Scheduled posts publish on their own. The system checks every 60 seconds, your browser does not have to be open.
#Auto-expiry
You can optionally set an Unpublish After date. When it arrives, the post reverts to a draft on its own.
| Good use | Because |
|---|---|
| A seasonal market report | A "Spring 2026 outlook" in December makes you look inattentive |
| A limited-time promotion | It stops offering something that has ended |
| An event announcement | It comes down after the event |
The expiry date can be cleared at any time.
#The queue
Blogs → Queue shows everything waiting to publish, with the title, scheduled time, a live countdown and the timezone. Each entry can be edited or deleted. Below it, recently published posts appear with their view counts.
#Sharing a draft
Add ?preview=true to a post URL to let someone read it before it is live. A banner marks it as not yet published.
#When to publish
The EZ Assist suggests a time based on your own audience, which beats general advice. Failing that, weekday mornings.
