The automatic MLS import

Your past and active listings arrive automatically from your licence number. What gets imported, how it is classified, and how long it takes.

You do not enter your listing history. After you finish the setup questionnaire, EasyDigz uses your state licence number to find every property you were involved in and brings them in.

This is why the licence number matters

It is the key to the whole import. A wrong or missing licence number means an empty Listings screen and no obvious reason why.

#What arrives

Active and historical transactions, so a brand-new site looks established from the first day rather than empty.

#How records are sorted

Your role on the propertyBecomes
Listing agent or co-listing agentA Listing
Buyer agentAn Opportunity

The classification is automatic and decides which screen a property appears on, with the right fields and workflow. See Accounts, Contacts, Listings, Opportunities.

#How long

Up to 24 hours

The import starts after your questionnaire and can take up to a day. An empty Listings screen on your first afternoon is normal, come back tomorrow before assuming something is wrong.

#Who gets it

The automatic import is available for Doorify SSO users. If you signed up another way and your listings have not appeared, raise a support request rather than entering them by hand.

#What happens next
