Opening an agent gives you tabs covering what they are doing on the platform.
#The tabs
| Tab | Shows | Look for |
|---|---|---|
| Activity | Listings, opportunities, favourites, saved searches | Whether anything is happening at all |
| Campaigns | Their drip campaigns with status and click rate | Campaigns stuck in draft, or none |
| Blogs | What they have published | A blank blog means they are invisible to search |
| Setup Status | How far through onboarding they got | Check this first for a struggling agent |
An agent with no traffic and no leads very often never finished setup, most commonly the email domain, which silently blocks every campaign. Check it before concluding they are not trying.
#Campaign detail
Opening a campaign shows its audience and how far through the sequence it is. Statuses are accurate, Draft, Paused and Active are distinguished properly, so a campaign shown as Active really is sending.
#Opening their records
You can open an agent’s individual listings and opportunities directly from their activity tables, read-only. Useful for answering a question about a specific deal without asking them to screen-share.
#A useful order
- 1
Setup status.
Is the foundation actually in place?
- 2
Activity.
Is anything happening?
- 3
Campaigns and blogs.
Are they using the tools?
- 4
Then the individual records.
Only once you know which question you are asking.
