Every campaign has an Analytics tab. It refreshes on its own every 60 seconds while open, and there is a manual refresh too.
#The three headline numbers
| Metric | Calculated as |
|---|---|
| Campaign progress | Delivered messages ÷ (total steps × enrolled contacts). Capped at 100% |
| Open rate | Recipients who opened or clicked ÷ delivered |
| Click rate | Recipients who clicked ÷ delivered |
Bounced email is excluded from the denominator. A campaign with many bad addresses does not get a flattering open rate as a result, the bounces show up separately, where they belong.
#Why your open rate looks low
EasyDigz filters out automated opens, Apple Mail Privacy Protection, Exchange security scanners and email crawlers all "open" mail nobody read.
That is the point. A platform counting scanner opens shows a better number and a worse picture. If you are comparing against a previous tool, expect a drop that reflects measurement, not performance.
#The trend chart
Thirty days of daily open and click rate. Hover any day for exact values. Useful for spotting the day a change in subject line or send time actually moved something.
#Per step
The sequence table lists each step with its subject line, send status, opens and clicks, so you can see which email in the sequence is doing the work and which is being ignored.
Click a row with activity to open Step Recipients, showing each person as opened, clicked or bounced.
#Exporting
Export downloads an Excel file with recipient-level delivery data per step, including bounce tracking. Some fields are deliberately more detailed than the on-screen view.
#What to look at first
| Look at | Because |
|---|---|
| Bounces | They lead to auto-pause. This matters more than opens |
| Step-by-step opens | A cliff between two steps tells you where people lost interest |
| Clicks | The real signal of intent, an open can be an accident |
