The email workspace

Where email lives in EasyDigz, the outbox, templates, drip campaigns and triggers, and which to reach for.

Email is split across four places in the left-hand navigation. They do different jobs and it is worth knowing which is which before you start.

#The rules apply throughout

Campaigns and triggers are governed by caps, suppression and auto-pause. Composer sends are exempt from the cap but never from suppression. See The sending rules.
