#Personalisation

The panel on the right lists what you can drop in, the contact’s first name, your name, your firm, your signature. They show as readable pills such as First Name, not as code, and they fill in per recipient at send time.

One email, many versions

You write one message. Every recipient gets their own copy with their own details filled in.

#What the composer is exempt from

RuleApplies to a composer send?
Daily capNo, you can always reach a client directly
Account lockoutNo, manual email keeps working during a lockout
SuppressionYes, unsubscribed and bounced addresses are never emailed
Unsubscribed means unsubscribed

A one-off personal email will not reach someone who opted out of your marketing. If you must reach them, do it outside EasyDigz.

#Before you send to everyone

  • Send yourself a test first, test sends are exempt from every rule.
  • Check how the personalisation reads for someone with an odd or missing name.
  • Read the subject line once more. It decides whether the rest gets read.
