The Academy

Two structured tracks that teach the platform in order, six lessons to stand up your brokerage, eight to run it.

Where a tour explains the screen in front of you, the Academy teaches the platform deliberately, in order. It is in the main navigation.

#The two tracks

TrackCovers
Stand up your brokerage, 6 lessonsFrom a questionnaire to a branded, live site: build the starter site, brand it, connect domain and email, your MLS history, import contacts, blogs and content
Run your business, 8 lessonsDaily operation: capture and organise leads, create a listing, offer to close, inspections and calendar, campaigns and triggers, EasyInsights, share and measure, re-engage past clients
These docs follow the same order

The Academy ordering is the backbone of this manual, so moving between them never means reorienting. It is the order the people who onboard agents actually use.

#How a lesson is shaped

PartWhat it gives you
GoalWhat you will have achieved
Why it mattersThe reason it is worth your time
A line from the classA quote from the session recording, tying the written lesson to the video
Numbered stepsThe actions, in order
“You’ve now done it”What finished looks like, so you are not left guessing

#Videos

Lessons play inside the app and open at the moment being discussed rather than at the start. The full link is always shown if you would rather open it in a new tab.

Why there are no time estimates

Lessons do not show a time estimate, and the catalog has no progress bars, a curriculum reads better as a curriculum than as a checklist. A part-watched video restarts at the point the lesson is about rather than where you stopped, which is the more useful place to land.
