The roster is every agent mapped to your account, the starting point for everything else in the Broker section.
#Working the table
| Control | Use |
|---|---|
| Search | Find an agent by name |
| Sortable columns | Order by any column, useful for finding the quiet end of the roster |
| Pagination | Work through a large roster in pages |
Sorting is the fastest audit
Sort by an activity count ascending and the agents who need help are at the top. That is a five-second version of a review you would otherwise do agent by agent.
#What the numbers mean
Activity counts, favourites, listings, opportunities, saved searches and blogs, are true totals for that agent, not capped or rounded. A highly active agent shows their real number.
#From roster to detail
Open any agent for their full detail view. See Looking into one agent.
#Performance
The Campaigns tab is built to stay quick on a large roster, so a big brokerage does not wait on it.
