An agent's contact list takes years to build: past clients, referrals, leads from every open house and every inquiry on the website. It is the most valuable thing the business owns. This update is about reaching the right people from that list, staying in charge of the data that comes with it and keeping the list itself in good shape.
We listened to how agents run their lists, and we took each part further.
Here's what's improved and what's new, and what it means for your next send.
One list, more than one conversation.
A contact can be in more than one campaign. A past client can receive a nurture sequence and a seasonal promotion at the same time, and one no longer has to replace the other. When the contacts you add are already enrolled elsewhere, you see how many there are and which campaigns they're in, then choose to enroll them in both, move them or skip them. Emails already scheduled in the first campaign carry on, pausing one campaign never touches the other, and no contact receives more than two emails a day across all of them.
You see who is on the other end. When you choose a list, a tag or all contacts, the composer shows each recipient's name and email address, not only a total. You can check who a message is about to reach before it goes.
Campaigns that are easier to manage and measure. Click counts cover every trackable link in your emails, so your analytics show which listings and calls to action earn attention. Select all in a drip audience reaches every contact on every page, and recipient counts in the Email tab match the audience you chose. Tags can also be added or removed in bulk from any tag's member list.
Your data, in your control.
Visitors choose what is tracked. A cookie banner on EasyDigz, the onboarding form and your website loads nothing non-essential until the visitor agrees. Browser privacy signals are respected, the choice is remembered for 180 days and Cookie preferences in the footer of every page reopens it.
Leaving is reversible. Delete my account takes your website offline and stops sending on day one, but nothing is erased for 30 days, and Stop deletion stays available the whole time.
Your work comes with you. Download my data gives you one zip of plainly named spreadsheets, with your photos, videos and documents inside as real files and a README that explains each one.
You hear when a client leaves. When a client closes their account on your site, you get an in-app and email notice, and their row carries a Deleted badge.
A list that protects your sender reputation.
A bounce teaches the whole platform. When an address hard-bounces for one agent, EasyDigz blocks it for every agent. Drip, manual and automated emails all check that list before they send, and addresses that bounced earlier are already on it, so there is nothing to clean or re-upload.
Known bad addresses are flagged on upload. Each address is checked the moment you upload, and you see the result straight away, for example "45 known bounces found, they will not be emailed." Those contacts are still added to your list. They just never receive an email.
You always know where you stand. Email Health shows your current standing and what happens at the next step. If a campaign has collected bounces, Remove all bounced takes them out of that campaign and leaves them in your Contacts.
Opt-outs are honored for good. Unsubscribes, bounces and closed accounts are checked on every send. The record of who must not be emailed is written first and stays in place even after an account is deleted, so an opt-out is never forgotten.
Uploads you can put right after the fact.
Undo an upload. A file that came in with the wrong contacts can be put right from Bulk Upload History. Undo upload removes the contacts that upload created, up to 2,000 in one go. It leaves alone anyone who already existed and anyone linked to a listing, an opportunity or an active campaign.
Tags you can add or change later. Manage tags adds or removes tags on an upload's contacts without re-uploading the file, so a list that arrived untagged can be organized afterward.
Tags you choose to keep. When an upload merges into an existing contact and their tags differ, you decide whether to keep both sets, keep the new tags, keep the previous ones or remove some. A preview shows the result before you confirm.
Greetings that use a first name. A single combined name column is split into first and last name on import, so "Dr. Mary Ann Lee" becomes Mary Ann, Lee. The preview shows the result before anything is added.
From first call to sold, every listing follows one path.
Every listing moves through the same 11 stages, from Created to Sold, and the listing page shows what is waiting on you at each one. You see every email before it goes, sellers follow along on a dashboard of their own on your website, and documents are prepared on the current forms from your own details. Two more documents join the buying set.
A few smaller improvements, too.
EZ Assist's Personalize for my brand writes from your onboarding details, including your specialties, the areas you serve and your years in the business. Every blog post on your website carries a contact card with your phone, email and a button to get in touch, and the button opens in a new tab so readers keep their place. A signed-in client who subscribes from your footer sees their name filled in with no captcha, and every user who registers on your website for the first time receives a welcome email. Mailing and billing addresses each have their own place on an account, so a seller's mailing address on a listing stays in sync.
Put together, your campaigns reach the right people, your data stays in your control, your list stays clean on its own and an upload can be put right after the fact. All of this is live now.
