This month covers a lot of ground. The platform is now genuinely teachable, wherever you get stuck, and your email account has been quietly protecting itself since the day it shipped.
A real path from your first login to running your business.
The Academy gives new agents a structured way in, not a pile of documentation to figure out on their own. Stand up your brokerage walks through six lessons to get from nothing to a live, branded site. Run your business follows with eight lessons on the day-to-day work of capturing leads, closing deals, and staying in touch with past clients.
Every lesson follows the same shape: a clear goal, a plain explanation of why that step matters, a short line pulled straight from the training session, and numbered steps that end in an explicit description of what done actually looks like, so you're never left guessing whether you finished. Lesson videos now open right at the moment being taught instead of forcing you to scrub through a longer recording to find it, and the full video link is always visible if you'd rather watch it separately.
A guided tour wherever you're actually working.
Whatever you're doing on EasyDigz, there's now a tour built into that exact screen. Branding your site and setting up your tenant, working your pipeline in Opportunities, moving a listing through its stages in Listings, building a sequence in Drip Campaigns, setting up automated Triggers, reading engagement in Contacts, publishing in Blogs, or drilling into an individual agent from the Broker view. Each one opens in place, right below the page heading, instead of popping up over the thing you're trying to learn.
The tour remembers where you left off, not just in your browser but on your account, so if you stop halfway through the Listings tour on your laptop, it's waiting on that same step when you open it on your phone that evening. Every step leans on a real screenshot or short clip of the actual product rather than a generic illustration, and any image can be tapped to enlarge it, which matters most on the screens with a lot going on, like a full pipeline view or a campaign builder.
If you want the whole picture instead of one tour at a time, a single Learning Guides drawer shows what applies to the screen you're on right now, your full learning path across the platform in order, and your overall progress against everything EasyDigz teaches.
Get support from wherever you're stuck, without losing your place.
A Get Support option now sits on every screen and opens straight into a request form that already knows which page you were on. Pick a category, Question, Billing, Feature request, or Other, describe what's wrong, and attach up to six screenshots if it helps explain it.
From there, it's a real conversation. Every request lives on your own Support screen with a status you can actually read, Open, In progress, Resolved, or Closed, and replies build a full thread rather than overwriting each other. You'll get notified the moment the support desk responds, and if you reply to something that was already marked resolved, it reopens automatically instead of forcing you to file a duplicate.
Brokers get a genuinely deeper view into their own team.
Three new tabs now sit on every agent's detail view inside the Broker dashboard. Campaigns shows the state of everything that agent has sent out. Blogs shows what they've published. Setup Status shows how far along they are on the platform. Alongside those, a read-only viewer lets a broker open one of their agents' Listings or Opportunities directly from that agent's activity, without ever leaving the page they're on.
The agent roster itself now supports search, pagination, and sortable columns, so managing a larger team doesn't mean scrolling forever to find one name. Put together, a broker can see exactly what their team is doing, and step into any individual record, without a single extra click through a separate screen.
Your email has been protecting itself since day one.
None of this needed a setup step. Every marketing email now runs through governance that's on by default: duplicate sends are blocked, addresses that have bounced or unsubscribed are filtered out before they can hurt your sender reputation, and a campaign that starts triggering bounces pauses itself before the damage spreads, with a clear path to clean your list and pick back up.
Contacts are capped at two marketing emails in any rolling 24 hours, so nobody on your list ever feels buried, and that cap never touches anything you send manually yourself. Unsubscribing now takes one click and no login. Before you launch anything, a pre-flight summary tells you exactly how many contacts will receive it and how many won't, and why, and a new Email Health view shows your daily sends, skips, and bounces without you having to dig for it.
A few smaller improvements, too.
Opportunities and Listings now show a completion indicator, a simple percentage bar that tells you how much required information is filled in before documents can be generated accurately. Saving is more reliable across sections that previously dropped information, including HOA details, inspection dates, and floor plan images, and video now uploads correctly under Media. On the documents side, "View Signatories" is now called "Share and Sign," status updates to "Sent" the moment a document goes out, and the signature-placement flow stays responsive while you place fields.
All of this is live now.
