Every seller asks the same question sooner or later: “Where are we?” Between the first call and closing, a listing runs through visits, inspections, photos, documents and offers, and each one is a moment when a seller feels informed or feels left waiting.
This update takes transaction management on EasyDigz further, so the agent always knows what comes next and the seller can always see where things stand. We listened to how agents run their deals, and we improved the path from the first call to sold, the emails along the way and the paperwork behind every deal.
Here’s what’s improved and what’s new, and what it means for your next deal.
From first call to sold, every listing follows one path.
You always know what’s next. Every listing moves through the same 11 stages, from Created, Agent Reviewed and Listing Setup, through Photos & Reports In and Final Agent Review, to Listing Live and Sold. At each stage the listing page shows what is waiting on you, whether that is calling the seller and booking your property visit at the start or handling showings and watching for offers once the listing is live.
A listing can start however it arrives. A seller can list from your website with Sell now. You can create the listing for them, with the property’s details filled in from MLS and county records for you to review. It can also come in from the MLS, with Import Anyway for a listing that is missing details, or start again from an expired listing with Relist.
Everything sits on one page. The Overview tab opens first and shows where the listing stands, the one thing waiting on you and the stage history. Communication, Offers, Details and Documents sit beside it, so the people, photos, paperwork and seller emails stay together. Offers made from the public property page appear in the Offers tab.
Edit any detail at any stage. If a change affects a document you’ve already made, you are offered a new version. Only Sold and Expired listings are locked.
Every email, seen before it goes.
You read it first. Each time you move a listing forward, a window lists the emails for that stage, and you can read, edit or switch off each one before it sends. The Communication tab also lets you write your own, and every email sent is recorded in History.
Visits booked by email. You offer the seller times for your property visit. Inspectors and the photographer offer times of their own, and the seller picks the one that suits them.
Reports and photos reach the seller first. Inspection reports and photos go to the seller for their approval.
Sellers can see where things stand.
A dashboard of their own. The listing, photos, reports and documents appear on the seller’s own dashboard on your website. A seller who can look for themselves asks less often, which means fewer “where are we?” calls.
Paperwork that starts from your own details.
Current forms, ready for review. Every listing and buying document is prepared on the current edition of its form, with the details from your record already in place. You review, and you send.
What you enter is what prints. Documents read from your record and leave a box empty when the record doesn’t say. A seller’s mailing address prints as the mailing address, because every account now keeps it separate from the billing address.
Send in bulk. Send documents for signature one at a time or several at once, and share them to the seller’s dashboard. When details change, signers can re-approve.
Two more documents for buyer deals. The Due Diligence Request and Agreement records the repairs a buyer asks for after inspections and what the seller agrees to. The Additional Provisions Addendum adds extra terms the standard purchase contract doesn’t cover. Both are prepared when a buyer opportunity reaches Qualification.
Put together, every listing follows one path, every email is seen before it goes and every seller can see where things stand. Less time chasing status. More time with sellers and buyers. All of this is live now.
