About this webinar

Why we’re running this session

NAR has published an AI Use Policy template for brokerages. Adopting it means naming an oversight lead, deciding which AI tools are approved, defining what human review actually looks like, and enforcing fair housing review on AI-generated content. It also commits you to training every agent on it annually. This is a working session through the template, section by section, stopping at the decisions a broker actually has to make. Leave with a filled-in first draft and the questions to put to your attorney.

This session is not legal advice, and no material makes a brokerage compliant. Have your attorney review any finished policy. NAR's own documents are the authoritative source and are cited throughout.
